- 04
Ready for Year 7
They start secondary school ahead, not catching up.
You’ll always know how they’re doing
Live updates, monthly results and a parents’ evening every term.
Is this the same as SATs preparation?
Year 6 SATs are fully covered, but we aim higher: a deep understanding of maths and English that lasts.
My child is behind. Can they still join?
Yes. The free assessment pinpoints the gaps, and the weekly Homework & Mastery Session gives them time to catch up.
What is the Homework & Mastery Session?
An hour after the lesson where children complete their homework with a tutor on hand and master anything that didn’t click.
How will I know it is working?
Monthly assessments, a live parent dashboard and a parents’ evening every term.
Do you prepare children for secondary school?
Yes. Year 6 builds the habits and knowledge they need to start Year 7 confidently.
Is homework set every week?
Yes, and most of it is done in the Homework & Mastery Session, so evenings at home stay calm.
Can my child do one subject to start with?
Of course. Many families start with maths or English and add more later.
