What happens after I enrol?
We confirm your child’s group, send the timetable and share their first pre-learning materials before the first lesson.
Can I change subjects or plans later?
Yes. Add subjects at any time, and talk to us about changing your plan.
Should we book the free assessment first?
We recommend it. It places your child in the right group from day one.
How does the multi-subject discount work?
Your first subject is full price, the second is 15% off and the third and beyond are 25% off each. It is applied automatically when you build your programme.
When do lessons start?
Most groups run all year, so your child can usually start within a week or two of enrolling.
Will I be charged straight away?
No. We confirm the group and timetable with you first.
Can my child switch between online and in person?
Talk to us. We’ll move them if there’s space in a group at the same level.
