- Contact details you give us: parent or guardian name, email address and phone number.
- Details about your child that you choose to share: first name, year group, subjects and learning needs.
- Enrolment and booking choices, and our records of lessons, assessments and progress.
- Basic technical information needed to run the website securely.
How we use it
- To reply to enquiries and arrange free assessments (legitimate interests or steps before a contract).
- To deliver tutoring, share progress and run parents’ evenings (performance of a contract).
- To meet legal, safeguarding and accounting obligations (legal obligation).
We never sell your information. We do not use it for marketing without your consent.
Who we share it with
Only trusted providers who help us run our service, such as our form handler (Web3Forms), booking system (Cal.com), email provider and website host (Cloudflare). They process data on our instructions.
How long we keep it
Enquiries that do not lead to enrolment are deleted within 12 months. Student records are kept for the duration of enrolment plus [TBC] years.
Your rights
You can ask to access, correct or delete your information, or object to how we use it. Email info@triforth.com. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.
